Hair Removal for Men is More Than Just a Fad
Furry chest? Back Hair? Unibrow?
No longer do men have to live their entire lives dealing with excessive amounts of, or unwanted, hair growth. Gone are the days of thinking hair removal is something only women chose to do. It’s socially acceptable for everyone.
Why Hair Removal for Men?
There are many reasons a man might choose to remove hair, also known as Manscaping. It could be for professional reasons, like a swimmer or body builder. It could be for aesthetic reasons, being perceived as attractive to their spouse or partner. Perhaps it’s for purely personal reasons.
There are many venues to pursue when a man is considering hair removal.

Hair Removal Options
The areas where a man might want to remove hair can help determine the method of hair removal most appropriate.
Whereas a man will use a razor for facial hair, that method isn’t going to work for hair on the back. Cream depilatories are available for a minimal cost but can be messy and are not permanent. The creams are applied to the area desired, left on for a pre-determined amount of time and rinsed off.
Waxing is another option. The area, from which hair is to be removed, has warm wax applied. A cloth strip is placed over the wax, firmly pressed on and then torn off, thus removing the hair. The cost for waxing is still reasonable, and lasts a bit longer than creams, but there is a bit of pain involved in the procedure.
Body sugaring is another way of removing hair. A sugary paste is applied to the area and rubbed over it, removing the hair and exfoliating the skin at the same time.
The only permanent hair removal option is electrolysis. Electrolysis is a more expensive method of hair removal and can take several visits, but the results are permanent.
